Betting Not On Gamstop is an independent research site for adults in the UK who want to understand betting sites not on GamStop before they decide anything. We read the terms, compare the offers, and explain the restrictions and protections that come with them. This page sets out who we are, how we work and what we can and cannot tell you.

Our commercial disclosure

We may earn commission if you join an operator through a link on this site. That relationship does not decide rankings, and commission cannot buy a higher position. The ranked list on our pages reflects our editorial ratings, which are our own assessments. They are not customer-review scores.

What this site is for

Many readers arrive knowing little about how overseas bookmakers differ from UK-licensed ones. We aim to close that gap. Our guides cover:

  • How sports betting sites work, including fractional odds, bet types and in-play markets
  • Welcome bonuses, free bets, odds boosts, cashback and the wagering requirements attached to them
  • Payments and withdrawals, including verification checks
  • Sports markets such as football, horse racing, tennis, darts and esports
  • Mobile betting apps, customer support and complaints routes

We also run a separate guide to non GamStop casinos for readers interested in casino products rather than sport.

What "not on GamStop" actually means

GamStop is the national self-exclusion scheme for gambling operators licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, which regulates gambling in Great Britain. A site that is not on GamStop does not take part in that scheme, usually because it holds an overseas licence instead. That is a different regulatory position from a UK-licensed bookmaker.

Two points matter. First, accepting British customers is not the same as being authorised to serve them under British rules. Second, overseas licences vary, and the protections, dispute routes and standards behind them may differ from those of the UK Gambling Commission. We tell you what we can verify and flag what we cannot.

If you have registered with GamStop to protect yourself, think carefully before looking for ways around it. Our responsible gambling page explains self-exclusion, deposit and loss limits, blocking software and where to get support, including GamCare.

How we assess each betting site

We have not placed bets or withdrawn money with these operators for this site. Our work is desk research: reading published terms, checking what each bookmaker states publicly, and comparing like with like. Where we assess a site, we look at:

  1. Licensing information – what the operator says about its licence, and whether we could verify it with the issuing body
  2. Bonus terms – wagering requirements, minimum qualifying odds, maximum bonus bets, expiry dates and cashout limits
  3. Markets and odds – the sports covered, bet types, in-play betting and cash-out features
  4. Payments – deposit and withdrawal methods stated, minimum deposits, fees, GBP account availability and currency conversion
  5. Verification and withdrawals – stated processing times, limits, identity and source-of-funds checks
  6. Support and complaints – contact options and any published complaints procedure
  7. Mobile experience – whether a betting app or mobile site is offered

Every recommendation includes at least one drawback. Operator claims about speed or availability are advertising until confirmed, and we label them that way.

Confirmed facts, advertising and open questions

We separate three kinds of information:

  • Confirmed – details we checked against a primary source, such as a regulator register or the operator's own published terms
  • Advertised – headline offers and promises the bookmaker makes about itself
  • Unresolved – anything we could not verify, which we say plainly rather than guess

Offers change often. Our information was last checked on 1 October 2026, and each page shows its own updated date. Always read the current terms on the bookmaker's site before you deposit.

The operators we feature

Our ranked lists currently feature Tenobet, Trixino, Betninja, CoinPoker, smash, BetBluff, Emberbet, Rolletto, 7abet and Spartaza. Headline offers are advertised in a mix of currencies, including euros, dollars and pounds. That matters, because an account that is not held in GBP can mean currency conversion and card or bank fees. Check this before you join, and do not assume a payment method such as PayPal, Apple Pay or Revolut is available to UK customers.

Bonus percentages and large headline figures say little on their own. A big match bonus with high wagering requirements, a short expiry or a low cashout cap can be worth less than a modest offer with clear terms. Our full terms are on the terms and conditions page.

Who this site suits, and who it does not

We write for adults aged 18 and over who want to compare terms with their eyes open. The site is not for anyone looking for a guaranteed return. Gambling is not a source of income or a fix for money problems, no betting site is completely safe, and we cannot promise that any withdrawal will be approved or paid by a given time.
